We are NORD DDB. An advertising agency made up of 350 people in five countries, all sharing the same goal: to break brands into pop culture. 

We get there by being open – open to fresh perspectives, different personalities, collaboration, cultural change, new tech and most of all: new thinking. We strongly believe that creativity is key in making brands grow, and the X-factor that boosts unreasonable growth.

We are looking for creative minds that are interested in an internship as a planner.

As a planner intern you will be a part of the agency's Cultural Insights team. We are planners, digital strategists, PR, social media and community strategists. We look for people who have knowledge and interest in understanding how human behavior and culture interplay with brands. 

The objective for our work is to understand who a brand should talk to, what to say, how to do it most effectively and in what context. 

Besides having an understanding for business, research and analysis, we are looking for an intern that is interested in pop cultural trends and tendencies. Therefore it is a huge plus if you also have previous experience or an interest in subjects like psychology, behavioral science, sociology, philosophy or fine arts. 

You don't need any previous agency experience, but if you have it – that's ok too!
